The hotel was like an old

apartment rather than a traditional hotel. While the room was spacious, it was not well maintained and had roaches. The staff were unhelpful, and it felt inconvenient at times. The noise from outside disrupted my sleep, but the location is great for local markets.

I loved the clean Standard Twin Room. The staff were friendly and always available to help. The location had great access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast options were delicious and varied. I had a fantastic stay overall! 😊

Good Experience with Minor Improvements Needed

I recently stayed here with my family and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to local transportation. The food in the breakfast was decent, though I wish there were more variety offered. Our room was neat and clean, but a few taps in the bathroom were leaking, which could definitely use some attention. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and my family was satisfied.

I had a decent experience there. the breakfast variety was a highlight and the friendly service made it bearable. However, the room didn't match the photos at all, and the whole place seemed quite outdated.

It was just a great fit for a speedy visit in Dubai with extraordinarily good value for money. We enjoyed cheap drinks at the Stryker bar, which was a pleasant surprise. Check out the Indian night club for a fun evening!

Family with children comforted in crisis

The staff behavior was really good, just like I would expect from trained professionals. Our housekeeper was always around, ready to help, making sure we were everything was in order.

It wasn't exactly economical, but it was still acceptable.

The common areas were air-conditioned and beautifully decorated, making it easy for me to navigate, even with my walker. The location was ideal for visiting nearby shops, and the staff were attentive without being overwhelming.

More comfortable seating in lounges, please.

Decent Stay, But Watch Out!

I stayed for one night and overall, it was alright. The bar/lounge area was nice for chill time. But the staff, man, they need some serious retraining. Had a bad experience when I left my expensive cleaner behind. They told me it was thrown away without checking first. Super disappointing.
